Quantified Ventures is pleased to announce the addition of Margot Kane, who will serve as Chief Structuring Officer. Margot has worked for over a decade to build innovation and growth in impact investing, with a wealth of experience in investment and fund strategy, blended capital structures, and public-private partnerships. As a member of the senior leadership team, she will inform Quantified Ventures’ growth strategy, business development, product development, and transaction structuring across all of the firms’ priority sectors.

Margot comes to Quantified Ventures from Closed Loop Partners, where she served as CFO and Chief Investment Officer and worked with cities and companies to invest in municipal recycling infrastructure and recycling technologies. Previously, Margot led corporate strategy and innovation at Calvert Impact Capital, a 25-year old impact investment fund that has invested over $1 billion into communities around the world, where one of her achievements was developing their place-based investment partnerships, such as the Ours to Own and the Benefit Chicago initiatives, in partnership with local governments, foundations and investors.

Eric Letsinger, Quantified Ventures’ Founder and CEO, said: “We couldn't be more thrilled to have Margot join the Quantified Ventures Team as our Chief Structuring Officer. Structuring impact bonds requires deep financial acumen, creativity, fierce determination, humility, fearlessness and a relentless belief in the possible. Margot brings these qualities in truckloads.”

“I’m excited to help advance the unique impact bond opportunities that the highly skilled Quantified Ventures team has developed,” says Margot. “There is strong market opportunity in these kinds of structures when done well, and this team is committed to generating the best set of outcomes for governments, investors, and high-impact interventions in communities.”
