Staci Orr Gardner

Associate Director

Staci brings nearly a decade of experience in addressing water infrastructure financing needs for communities in her home state of Indiana. After graduating from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with a dual master's degree in Public Affairs and Environmental Science (MPA-MSES), she joined the staff of Indiana's State Revolving Fund Loan Program (SRF).

During Staci's career at the SRF, she had the opportunity to assess the cumulative water infrastructure needs of utilities around the state - leading to the first legislative budget allocation for water infrastructure funding in the state's history.

Staci has experience managing drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater projects. She enjoys working closely with communities of all sizes to ensure projects are successful, from beginning to end. Staci believes in the power of infrastructure financing to improve lives.

Staci and her husband live in Indianapolis with their sweet yellow lab, Magnolia May. Staci enjoys exploring the outdoors, crocheting, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and traveling. The furthest she has traveled, so far, is Costa Rica, but she looks forward to visiting Ireland in the near future.
