Rebecca Gerr

Director

Rebecca Gerr joins Quantified Ventures with more than a decade of experience in healthcare consulting for private and public sector clients. She brings a deep passion for improving health outcomes to Quantified Ventures and has spent her career working on cutting-edge solutions to healthcare’s most pressing problems.

Prior to joining Quantified Ventures, Rebecca worked at Manatt Health, a national health policy consulting firm where she advised state clients on issues related to families at risk of entering foster care, integrated decision-making across health and human services agencies, children’s behavioral health policy, local health department alignment strategies, and COVID-19 response. Rebecca also led an internal team that managed a large state client contract.

She also worked at the Advisory Board Company, where she led best practice research on strategy and finance for hospital executives, authored publications on patient engagement and hospital transition to value-based payments, and supported hospital revenue cycle technologies.

Rebecca received her MBA and MPP from Georgetown University. While at the Georgetown McCourt School of Public Policy she completed a graduate thesis finding that Medicaid expansion was associated with lower eviction rates. Rebecca also created the Women’s Finance Tutoring Group to empower and support women at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in finance classes. She lives in the Washington, DC, suburbs with her family where she enjoys exploring new parks with her kids, attempting to garden, running on nearby trails, and experimenting in the kitchen (she’s less enamored with the cleanup).
