Quantified Ventures Announces New CEO

Tee Thomas appointed CEO as of January 1, 2024; Eric Letsinger will transition to Board Chair role in the new year

On November 16, 2023, Quantified Ventures formally announced that Tee Thomas will be appointed the new CEO of the company as of January 1, 2024, thus succeeding Founder and outgoing CEO, Eric Letsinger.

Eric will move to a Board Chair role for Quantified Ventures, LLC, to ensure continuity and he will remain the CEO of Quantified Ventures Holdings, overseeing its other ventures. After 10 years, this transition is coming at a great time for the organization as Quantified Ventures continues to expand its offerings and capabilities to meet emerging market demands. 

Tee is a longtime leader in the water and climate finance sector with a growth mindset. She brings decades of management operational experience and nearly three years as part of Quantified Ventures’ management team.

Prior to joining Quantified Ventures in 2021, she served as Vermont’s Water Finance Director where she managed $500MM in loans, grants, and contracts related to water financing. 

Quantified Ventures’ vision remains to catalyze bold, investible solutions that unlock more capital for a measurably healthier people and planet.
