Brian brings transaction structuring, strategy and operations experience from his work in management consulting and finance. Prior to Quantified Ventures, Brian was a senior engagement manager in McKinsey & Company’s Strategy/Corporate Finance and Public/Social Sector Practices where he advised clients on a range of topics including economic development, growth strategies, capital allocation, operational turnarounds, transaction structuring and due diligence. Previously, Brian was at Macquarie’s Private Equity Group and Jefferies & Company Investment Banking.
With a passion for social justice, Brian was formerly the president of UNAVSA, an organization dedicated to the leadership development of Vietnamese American youth and health and education outcomes improvement in the Vietnamese community. He co-founded the Return on Equality Coalition, a Wharton student organization that bridges the business school curriculum with empathy and social advocacy skills. Brian continues to advise NGOs in their deployment of capital towards early stage start-ups with the potential to shape social impact in the US and in developing markets.
Brian earned his BS and MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
